The Reservations Manager oversees reservation activities and the guest booking experience.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Manage reservation systems, respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, and coordinate table allocations.
- Communicate with guests by phone, email, and digital platforms, sharing accurate information about offerings and availability.
- Support sales initiatives, including upselling special packages or events.
- Coordinate with front-of-house, bar, and kitchen teams on guest details, special requests, and group bookings.
- Monitor reservation trends, update procedures, and help train team members on reservation and guest-service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong reservations skills, including managing booking systems, table allocations, and group and special event bookings.
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills; able to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Sales ability to promote special offers, upsell experiences, and support revenue initiatives.
- Training experience to guide team members in reservation procedures and guest-service practices.
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, or bar experience in reservations or guest relations.
- Able to work on-site in Dubai with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency with reservation or POS systems and basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple bookings and tasks.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
