The role focuses on service
excellence, product knowledge, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
1. GUEST GREETING & SEATING
Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Acknowledge guests within the first few seconds of arrival.
Escort guests to assigned tables and assist with seating.
Present menus and explain dining concepts, specials, and promotions.
Recognize repeat guests and personalize service where possible.
2. MENU KNOWLEDGE & PRODUCT PRESENTATION
Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, cooking methods, spice
levels, allergens, and portion sizes.
Confidently recommend dishes, beverages, and pairings based on guest preferences.
Promote specials, signature items, and upsell premium offerings.
Clearly explain preparation time and manage guest expectations.
3. ORDER TAKING & ACCURACY
Take orders accurately using POS or manual order systems.
Confirm dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests.

Repeat orders to guests to ensure accuracy.
Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar.
Monitor order preparation and follow up on delays.
4. SERVICE FLOW & TABLE MANAGEMENT
Serve food and beverages following the correct sequence of service.
Ensure timely delivery of courses without unnecessary delays.
Check back with guests after food service to ensure satisfaction.
Refill water, clear used plates, and maintain table cleanliness.
Coordinate with support staff for smooth service flow.
5. GUEST ENGAGEMENT & EXPERIENCE
Maintain friendly, attentive, and professional interaction with guests.
Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.
Handle guest feedback courteously and escalate issues when required.
Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return.
6. BILLING, PAYMENT & CLOSING
Present bills promptly and accurately upon guest request.
Process payments through POS systems (cash, card, digital).
Ensure correct billing, discounts, and approvals.
Return change and receipts promptly.
Thank guests and ensure a positive closing interaction.

7. CLEANLINESS & SERVICE STANDARDS
Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, menus, and service stations.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.
Support pre-service and post-service setup and breakdown.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety guidelines.
8. TEAMWORK & COMMUNICATION
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service team.
Assist teammates during peak periods.
Attend briefings, training sessions, and team meetings.
Follow instructions from supervisors and management.
9. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Consistent adherence to service standards and SOPs.
Accuracy in order taking and billing.
Positive guest feedback and repeat visits.
Strong teamwork and professional conduct.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
