About This Role

JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across F&B brands, flower retail, and e-commerce platforms under Après Group in the UAE.

The role is responsible for brand growth, customer acquisition, digital performance, e-commerce sales, and campaign execution, driving footfall, online orders, and revenue growth across physical outlets and online channels.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, data-oriented, and hands-on, with strong experience in restaurants, retail, flowers, and online sales ecosystems in the UAE market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Growth

· Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with group business objectives.

· Define and manage brand positioning across F&B, flowers, and digital platforms

· Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior within the UAE retail & F&B landscape.

· Support new brand launches, seasonal concepts, and expansion initiatives

2. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Performance

Own and manage digital marketing channels:

  • Social media platforms
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads
  • Influencer marketing
  • Email & SMS campaigns

Drive performance of e-commerce websites (flowers & food):

  • Conversion rate optimization
  • Online customer acquisition & retention
  • Campaign landing pages and promotions

Optimize online ordering and delivery platforms:

  • Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, in-house ordering systems

Track and optimize KPIs including:

  • Online sales
  • Conversion rates
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Retention & repeat purchases

3. Plan & Execute Seasonal Promotions, Launches, Ramadan/Eid Campaigns, National Day:

· Ramadan, Eid & National Day

· Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, weddings & gifting seasons (flowers)

· Coordinate Menu launches

· Product launches

· Promotions, bundles, and loyalty programs

· Work closely with operations and outlet teams to ensure flawless campaign execution on-ground and online

4. Content, Branding & Communication

§ Oversee creation of brand content:

§ Photography, videos, reels

§ Menus, packaging, POS materials

§ Website and e-commerce visuals

§ Ensure brand consistency across:

§ Physical outlets

§ Websites & apps

§ Social media & marketing materials

§ Manage and coordinate:

§ Creative agencies

§ Designers

§ Photographers

§ Influencers and content creators

5. Partnerships, PR & Collaborations

  • Develop strategic partnerships with:
  • Corporates
  • Hotels
  • Malls
  • Event organizers
  • Delivery and e-commerce platforms
  • Support PR initiatives, media exposure, and influencer collaborations
  • Represent the brand in marketing activations, launches, and events

6. Budget Management & Reporting

  • Plan and manage the marketing budget across brands and channels
  • Ensure ROI-driven marketing spend
  • Prepare and present:
  • Weekly performance updates
  • Monthly marketing and sales reports
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

7. Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in:
  • Restaurants / F&B
  • Retail or flower business
  • E-commerce or omni-channel businesses
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and consumer behavior
  • Proven experience with:
  • Digital marketing & paid media
  • Social media management
  • Analytics and performance tracking tools
  • Experience managing multiple brands or outlets is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour
