Overview
· Installed, configured, and maintained computer systems, POS systems, and IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN networks and related hardware to ensure seamless business operations.
· Provided end-user technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
· Supported and troubleshot Odoo-based website modules, ensuring smooth functionality across both front-end and back-end operations.
· Installed and maintained thermal or A4 printers across multiple outlets, handling configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for all office printing devices.
· Diagnosed and resolved email-related issues, including delivery failures, configuration errors, and user access problems.
· Managed and troubleshot CCTV systems, including camera connectivity, system access, video playback, and incident retrieval for security and monitoring purposes.
· Managed product listings for both Rukn and Opus e-commerce websites, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, images, and content updates.
· Maintained and updated website content, ensuring high-quality presentation and smooth execution of all technical and operational tasks.
· Coordinated closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment across e-commerce platforms.
· Planned, executed, and optimized digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads), improving website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
· Managed and maintained Excel-based reports for the Opus website, tracking user activity, daily sales, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
