The front-of-house role serves guests across poolside, beachfront, and dining areas in premium venues.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate food and beverage service across assigned sections.
- Take orders and relay them clearly to kitchen and bar teams.
- Present venue menus and concepts, make recommendations, and provide allergen information.
- Maintain tables, sunbeds, and cabanas; check on guests, anticipate needs, and resolve minor requests.
- Keep service moving during busy periods, including weekend brunch and sunset.
- Handle billing and payments accurately and coordinate with kitchen, bar, and hosting teams.
- Support coverage across Daylife venues and comply with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.
Ideal candidate
- At least 1–2 years of Waiter experience in a hotel, beach club, restaurant, or high-end hospitality venue.
- Strong service fundamentals, attention to detail, and ability to work at pace in a high-volume outdoor environment.
- Warm, well-presented guest-facing manner and comfort with different venue concepts and menus.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic, Russian, or French is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
