Recruiter supporting high-volume and niche hiring across the hospitality portfolio.
The role is on a three-month contract basis in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across venues.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers on business needs and provide market insights.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offers.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
- Provide a strong candidate experience and support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of recruitment experience within lifestyle hospitality.
- Pre-opening recruitment experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills; excellent English required.
- Able to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately; immediate availability or short notice preferred.
- Additional European languages are advantageous.
