Internship overview
Six-month HR internship offering hands-on exposure across HR functions in a fast-paced, multi-brand hospitality business.
Responsibilities
- Support everyday HR processes and administrative work.
- Support onboarding, people relations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist across multiple HR areas, tasks, and technology systems.
Candidate qualifications
- Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Preferred attributes and skills
- Attention to detail, accurate administrative work and data entry, communication skills, and interpersonal skills are preferred.
- Curiosity, agility across systems, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to multiple tasks are preferred.
- Professional discretion when handling confidential information and Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, are preferred.
