Role Overview
Visual Merchandising Trainee for Parfums Christian Dior Orient Travel Retail, based in Dubai and supporting the Middle East, Africa, and India.
Reports to the Visual Merchandising Executive and supports day-to-day department work while gaining hands-on experience in luxury beauty.
The trainee will also help organize a global seminar and support the training department.

Role overview
Visual Merchandising Trainee for Parfums Christian Dior Orient Travel Retail, based in Dubai and supporting the Middle East, Africa, and India.
Reports to the Visual Merchandising Executive and supports day-to-day department work while gaining hands-on experience in luxury beauty.
The trainee will also help organize a global seminar and support the training department.
Visual merchandising
- Oversee procurement, management, and distribution of visuals, POSM, movies, and content-creation materials.
- Maintain an up-to-date regional database tracking information for points of sale.
- Collect and update flagship and core-door photographs monthly and after each campaign implementation.
- Support retail guidelines and implementation according to the annual marketing calendar.
Training
- Support the creation, validation, and distribution of training materials and events in line with brand guidelines.
- Communicate with participants, assist with training sessions, and coordinate event follow-up.
Candidate profile
- University or business school degree.
- Strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
- English speaking is mandatory.
- Excel.
- Ready to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, meticulous, proactive, and resourceful; organized and attentive to detail.
