Christian Dior Couture Middle East seeks a VIE Financial Controller to join its Controlling team based in Dubai.
The role involves financial controlling operations and participation in projects.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Prepare the monthly closing.
- Produce monthly financial statements, including profit and loss and balance sheet reports.
- Participate in the budget process.
- Produce reporting requested by headquarters and local management.
- Analyze and challenge key expenses and follow up on action plans.
- Participate in finance digital projects.
- Control and challenge travel and entertainment expenses.
Qualifications and education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance and controlling is required.
- At least 2 years of successful professional experience in finance and controlling is required.
Preferred skills and experience
- Previous experience in the luxury industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with the MS Office package is listed as a preferred skill.
- Experience with SAP ERP and other finance reporting tools, including consolidation tools, is listed as preferred.
- Fluency in English, French or Arabic is a plus.
- Interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, organization, ability to manage priorities and deadlines, and autonomy are sought.
