Communications & PR Trainee

Position

Press office and seeding

• Assist with daily press and influencer requests, press materials, and media kits.
• Provide markets with press and influencer coverage tools, including guidelines, videos, photographs, print collateral, press gifts, and Q&As.
• Create live media links for press-content send-outs and follow up with press about receipt of delivered kits.
• Help with product send-outs and PR seeding; maintain press and influencer lists and support influencer seeding plans and timely product dispatch.
• Organize PR stock and support accurate forecasting and product availability for send-outs.

Reporting, events, and administration

• Monitor media coverage, compile press clippings, contribute to PR reports, and track regional share-of-voice rankings.
• Share consolidated monthly reports and help the team make recommendations based on findings.
• Support press events, influencer activations, and brand experiences.
• Follow up on tasks, manage PR asset inventory, coordinate logistics, place weekly internal requests, and assist with supplier creation and purchase orders.

Profile

• Passion for luxury beauty and strong interest in influencer engagement, PR, and media relations.
• Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and a proactive, positive team-player mindset.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Communications, Marketing, or related program.
