Responsibilities
- Define, design, and implement visual merchandising strategy aligned with the organization, products, and target market.
- Create and oversee window and interior displays, floor plans, and promotions that guide customers through stores.
- Collaborate with assistant merchandisers to develop, revise, and present design ideas.
- Set display messages and objectives; monitor costs, source elements, and liaise with suppliers.
- Supervise display production, brief staff, and coordinate product launches and seasonal themes.
- Research lifestyle and design trends to inform strategies.
- Lead and mentor the team and maintain execution standards across displays.
Education and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is also accepted.
- At least 3 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Solid field visual merchandising experience with windows, signs, interior displays, and space utilization.
Tools and language
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools and in MS Office.
- Interactive floor plans and 3D visualizations are preferred.
- Knowledge of space management computer applications is preferred.
- Excellent English language skills.
