Lead growth and performance of the real estate portfolio through investment, development, asset management, and operational oversight.

Strategy and investment
- Develop the real estate growth strategy and identify investment, acquisition, development, and joint-venture opportunities.
- Oversee feasibility studies, market research, financial modelling, due diligence, and investment risk assessments.
- Prepare business cases and proposals for approval and monitor market trends for portfolio expansion and diversification.
Asset, financial, and leasing oversight
- Oversee property and facility management, maintenance, vendor contracts, operating costs, property standards, and compliance.
- Improve occupancy, rental income, tenant retention, and asset performance; recommend refurbishment, redevelopment, repositioning, or disposal for underperforming assets.
- Coordinate budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and capital expenditure plans; evaluate returns using ROI, IRR, NOI, and capitalization rates.
- Lead financing discussions and monitor profitability, expenditure, and investment performance against targets.
- Oversee leasing, rental rates, renewals, rent collection, vacancies, tenant mix, and revenue optimization.
Leadership and reporting
- Lead and develop the real estate team and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Leasing, and external advisors.
- Build relationships with investors, banks, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Report portfolio performance, investment opportunities, financial results, and key risks to executive management.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, approval procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of relevant real estate experience, including substantial senior management responsibility.
- Proven track record in investment, development, asset management, or portfolio growth.
- Experience in acquisitions, feasibility studies, financial modelling, financing, and commercial negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to improve rental income, occupancy, asset value, and profitability.
- Strong knowledge of real estate financial analysis, investment returns, and risk management.
- Qatar or GCC market experience is highly desirable; international exposure is an advantage.
