Join the in-house marketing team to create visual content for off-plan residential projects, construction updates, and real estate events.
Capture photos and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, the website, and sales-team branding.
Photography and video production
- Photograph and film off-plan projects, construction progress, and completed residential units.
- Cover sales events, brokerage meetups, and internal company functions.
- Shoot and edit content for real estate sales managers, including profile videos and social content.
- Handle production from shooting through editing and final delivery.
Coordination and equipment
- Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to plan content in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintain photography and video equipment and manage media archives.
- Travel to project and event locations across Dubai as required.
Requirements
- Proven photography and video-editing experience; portfolio required.
- Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for lighting and composition.
- Ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines; proactive and creative approach in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Preferred and nice-to-have
- Real estate, architecture, or construction-shoot experience is highly preferred.
- UAE real estate development or brokerage-content experience is a plus.
- Drone photography/video certification and motion-graphics or basic-animation skills are nice to have.
