Role overview

Video production and shoots

• Film property walkthroughs, luxury residences, project showcases and real estate promotional videos.
• Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, stabilisers, lighting and audio equipment.
• Capture interior, exterior, architectural and lifestyle footage.
• Produce corporate advertising videos, developer project videos, social media Reels and event highlights.
• Plan and execute shoots from concept development to final delivery.

Editing and creative work

• Edit professional videos using industry-standard editing software.
• Perform colour grading, sound design, transitions, motion graphics and visual effects where required.
• Create content optimised for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Maintain consistent visual standards, brand identity and production quality.
• Keep up with videography techniques, editing styles and social media trends; bring fresh ideas and develop engaging visual concepts.
• Understand corporate branding, luxury property marketing and digital advertising requirements; meet deadlines.

Travel and collaboration

• Travel across the UAE for property shoots, developer launches, corporate events and marketing campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team and real estate professionals to deliver content aligned with project objectives.

Requirements and skills

• Proven professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Hands-on knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment.
• Advanced working proficiency in relevant editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut Pro.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating video production and editing capabilities.
• Real estate videography, property walkthrough, architecture or luxury marketing experience is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of cinematography, composition, camera movement, colour grading and visual storytelling.
• Ability to maintain premium production quality while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for shoots.

Pay

• AED 2,000–2,200 per month.

Work location

• Work location is in person; the role includes travel across the UAE for shoots.
