Trust Well Group of Companies is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive for field sales in Abu Dhabi.
The role involves developing business and acquiring clients for property management and related services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, businesses, and corporate customers.
- Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and in-person meetings.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
- Coordinate with clients about property management requirements and related services.
- Use knowledge of PRO services, government transactions, and UAE business procedures to support client acquisition.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates on sales activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales, outdoor sales, or business development is required.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct field visits and meet potential clients across Abu Dhabi.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of PRO services or UAE government procedures is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Male candidates and candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred; these preferences are not treated as job qualifications.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
- Competitive salary based on experience and skills; performance-based commission or incentives may apply.
Work arrangement
- Field visits and in-person client meetings are central to the role; work location is in person.
