Trust Well Group of Companies is seeking a motivated, results-driven Property Consultant with UAE real estate market experience.
The role focuses on property sales, client relationships, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance.
- Negotiate offers and close sales.
- Build relationships with owners, buyers, landlords, and investors.
- Monitor UAE market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, agreements, and sales documentation.
- Maintain client and sales records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of UAE real estate sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales-target achievement and strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Fluent English required.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- An existing network of clients and property owners is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay listed as AED 2,500–3,000 per month, with a salary plus commission structure.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
