About the Role
We’re looking for 2 highly creative, fast-moving Video Content Creators who live and breathe short-form content.
Your core responsibility will be creating high-performing short videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms.
If you understand hooks, retention, trends, and how to turn ideas into viral short-form videos — we want you.

Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, X videos)
- Shoot and edit content quickly and consistently
- Develop strong hooks and engaging storytelling formats
- Repurpose long-form or raw footage into multiple short assets
- Stay on top of trends, sounds, and platform algorithms
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and launches
- Deliver content at high speed without compromising quality

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in short-form video creation
- Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Understanding of social media trends & viral formats
- Ability to shoot on mobile + basic lighting setup
- Fast execution and ability to work under tight timelines
- Portfolio of short-form content (must submit links)

- Experience working with D2C or startup brands
- UGC-style content creation experience
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing
- Comfortable being on camera (optional but preferred)
