About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Video Content Specialist to manage our social platforms and create engaging, high-performing content.
This role combines social media management with video production, requiring someone who can both execute content strategies and produce short-form video that drives engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, YouTube)
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, traffic, and lead generation
- Create and publish engaging content across platforms (posts, visuals, videos)
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Capture on-site content (events, office, campaigns)
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to maintain community engagement
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly
- Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment
- Experience in
- video shooting and editing for social media platforms
- Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
- Hands-on experience filming content using mobile and/or professional cameras (lighting, framing, audio basics)
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content performance
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Metricool, or similar
- Strong copywriting and communication skills with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable with a strong eye for content and storytelling
- Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is essential
