- About the Team
- We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele.
- Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
- Two years ago, we launched an ambitious new startup - Quadcode.ai which has successfully passed the MVP stage, gained its first paying users, and is now actively scaling.
- Quadcode.ai is a next-generation AI IDE where users can build applications and prototypes using modern LLM agents — from code to design, video, and creative assets, all within a single interface.
- We already have a strong team of engineers, and 2 SMM.
- Now we are looking for a person who will become **the face of our AI product** on YouTube and X.
- Your main task is to create video content where you appear on camera (talking head), explain the product in a simple way, and show how it works in real use cases.
- The goal is to turn “I can’t code” into “Wow, I just built an app!”
- You take ideas, test them in the product, and turn the results into short, engaging videos with you as the presenter.
- We are open to different formats of cooperation:
- **Part-time / project-based**
- 1–2 times per week, \~4 hours per session, paid per result (ideal as a side role for early-stage creators).
- **Full-time collaboration**
- If you can independently produce videos and run a video blog — fixed salary + payment per video.

Tasks
- Create on-camera videos showcasing Quadcode.ai capabilities: building apps from prompts, creating prototypes, and testing AI agents.
- Test new product features and turn them into engaging video content.
- Contribute to video content ideas for YouTube and X that resonate with developers and AI enthusiasts.
- Build a strong connection with users through video — explain concepts in simple language, keep it engaging, and use humor, memes, and viral hooks.
- Work closely with the SMM and product teams on new features and product updates.
- Stay up to date with AI and tech trends.
Requirements
- Basic video creation and editing skills (short-form content).
- Understanding of viral content principles.
- Experience with YouTube and X.
- A portfolio of past work (video cases, presentations, blogs).
- Comfort and enjoyment of public speaking and being on camera.
- Experience using AI tools.
- Strong interest in technology, AI, and startups.
- Curiosity, openness, and willingness to experiment.
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level, both written and spoken) for video creation.
- Fluent Russian (minimum C1 level) for team communication.
- Willingness to complete a test assignment.
- Nice to have
- Experience running a video blog, especially in tech/AI, or education.
- Experience working with dev or AI communities.
- Basic understanding of coding.
- Experience with vibe coding and prompt engineering.
