Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Video Content Focus)
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist who is skilled in managing social media platforms, creating engaging video content, and executing effective online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation, video editing, and uploading optimized content across various social media channels to drive engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and video content
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns
- Upload and optimize content for SEO and audience engagement
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative marketing strategies
- Run paid advertising campaigns and track performance metrics
- Analyze insights and prepare reports on campaign performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align branding and messaging
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Strong skills in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and trends
- Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in marketing, media, or related field
- Experience in paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
