Role overview

Feed and technical responsibilities

• Formulate balanced feed programs for poultry, cattle, swine, and aquaculture, using whole soybean meal to support animal health, growth, and production.
• Evaluate ingredients for nutritional value, protein, amino acid composition, digestibility, and suitability for animal diets.
• Apply knowledge of vacuum deactivation, solvent-extracted and expeller soybean meal, and soybean flour products.
• Advise customers and internal teams on formulations, product applications, nutrition programs, ingredient selection, and feeding practices.

Customer and performance responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits, consultations, presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and training on animal nutrition and feed management.
• Work with sales, technical, and product development teams on nutrition-based customer solutions.
• Review field and production results, analyze feeding outcomes, and recommend improvements to diet efficiency and animal performance.
• Monitor relevant research and industry developments and recommend practical product improvements.
• Prepare technical reports, formulation recommendations, product information, and other supporting documentation.

Experience and qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Zootechnics, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or another relevant discipline.
• Requires at least 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales, feed formulation, animal nutrition, livestock production, or a related agricultural or agro-industrial role.
• Additional certification, training, or specialization in Animal Nutrition, Poultry Nutrition, Livestock Nutrition, or Feed Science is an advantage.
• Requires regular travel for customer visits, technical consultations, field support, demonstrations, and business development.

Skills and knowledge

• Requires strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Requires analytical and problem-solving ability and practical knowledge of feed formulation, nutritional evaluation, ingredient assessment, and animal performance.
• Requires effective cross-functional collaboration and management of multiple customer requirements, projects, and technical assignments.

Location and work nature

• The job is full time and listed in Dubai.
• Regular customer visits, field support, and business travel are part of the role.
