The role provides guest assistance and supports spa, wellness, and fitness services and daily operations.
Guest service and bookings
- Welcome guests and provide professional, attentive assistance throughout their visit.
- Explain treatments, wellness programs, fitness services, and related products; assess preferences and recommend suitable services.
- Manage bookings and treatment schedules accurately, avoiding appointment conflicts.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and take timely action to resolve concerns.
Facilities and operations
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, organization, and condition across spa and wellness facilities.
- Promote services in line with departmental guidelines and service standards.
- Coordinate daily operations for smooth workflows and timely service; maintain administrative records and complete duties assigned by management.
- Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues through clear communication and consistent service.
Experience and languages
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer-facing experience in hospitality, spa services, wellness, fitness, or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
Work approach and schedule
- A responsible, self-motivated, adaptable approach and the ability to remain calm and professional with guest concerns.
- Ability to work independently and cooperate with colleagues and other departments.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.
- Professional appearance, a welcoming attitude, and attention to service and facility presentation.
