Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations to maintain smooth workflows, efficient resource use, and achievement of business objectives.
- Lead employees by assigning responsibilities, monitoring productivity, maintaining discipline, and promoting professional conduct and excellent customer service.
- Ensure proper store opening and closing while following security protocols and internal controls.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment orders to maintain product availability and minimize shortages.
- Oversee receiving, storage, handling, and transfer of merchandise according to company policies and inventory standards.
- Track sales against targets and identify ways to improve store productivity and results.
- Maintain accurate inventory, stock transfer, product movement, and transaction records.
- Review sales reports, product assortment, and purchasing patterns to support stock planning and store decisions.
- Coordinate with sales, inventory, and customer service teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Handle customer enquiries and operational concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Secondary specialized education or a higher academic qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, store management, supervision, or a similar leadership role.
- Practical computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and experience using 1C or comparable inventory and accounting software.
- Attention to detail when managing inventory records, reviewing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with store procedures.
