- Develop and implement brand marketing plans supporting business objectives, positioning, and growth.
- Plan digital marketing and social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and market reach.
- Track budgets, expenditures, resource allocation, and campaign costs.
- Coordinate campaigns from concept to delivery, including promotional materials and point-of-sale displays.
- Prepare briefs for internal teams, sales personnel, creative teams, and external partners.
- Monitor agency and service-provider timelines, deliverables, standards, and progress.
- Organize brand events, product promotions, and marketing activities.
- Research consumer preferences, competitors, market conditions, and trends.
- Ensure campaigns and materials follow brand guidelines, messaging standards, and positioning requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on brand marketing experience.
- Automotive-sector experience is ideal; a similar commercial environment is also relevant.
- Creative thinking and commercial awareness, with the ability to develop engaging concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
