Key responsibilities
- Distribute cards and collect KYC information from authorized individuals in compliance with mandatory regulations.
- Onboard cardholders to the app and explain products, services, and proper card usage.
- Deliver financial inclusion training, onboard users to the C3Pay app, and assist with card and app issues.
- Visit cardholders on salary days to help them transfer money through the C3Pay app.
- Conduct C3Pay product awareness campaigns and award ceremonies at employee residences.
- Deliver fraud-awareness training at employee residences.
- Present corporate VAS training to payroll and welfare teams.
Required skills and profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Commerce.
- Demonstrable experience as a field officer working with a banking product.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
- Microsoft Office skills.
