The role

Responsibilities and learning

• Learn to deconstruct user problems using design-thinking techniques while shadowing Senior Product Managers.
• Understand and work toward Edenred UAE's long-term strategic vision and continuous product discovery.
• Contribute to product portfolio expansion and diversification in response to market needs.
• Participate in user interviews and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for trends and insights.
• Work with customer service teams to analyze user problems and ideate solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to write clear requirements for releases.
• Communicate product concepts to engineering, executive, UX/UI, client, and customer service teams.
• Training and development will include on-the-job learning.

Your skills

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Passion for creating products that make people's lives easier.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to influence others and build relationships.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders using relevant information.
• Able to work independently and solve problems with minimal guidance or unclear requirements.
• Comfortable with uncertainty and changing or unclear problems.
• Open to critical feedback and motivated to improve.
• Strong logical thinking skills.

Work arrangement

• The internship uses a hybrid arrangement, with a mix of office and home days.
