The VAS Field Officer provides on-ground support to payroll cardholders, including card distribution, KYC collection, and C3Pay app onboarding.
The role promotes financial inclusion through user education, transaction assistance, awareness campaigns, and training.
Responsibilities
- Distribute cards and collect KYC information from authorized individuals while complying with mandatory regulations.
- Onboard cardholders to the app and explain products, services, and proper card usage.
- Deliver financial inclusion training, onboard new C3Pay users, and resolve routine card or app issues.
- Assist cardholders with remittances through C3Pay during salary-day visits.
- Run C3Pay awareness campaigns and award ceremonies at employee residences.
- Conduct fraud-awareness training at employee residences.
- Present corporate VAS training to payroll and welfare teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Commerce.
- Demonstrable field-officer experience with a banking product.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
- Microsoft Office skills.
