Position overview
Edenred is seeking a Senior .NET Backend Developer for a multidisciplinary squad.
The developer will contribute across squad and backend chapter layers, working with product, data, design, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to discover, ideate, conduct experiments, and solve customer problems using data-driven insights.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Mentor and guide developers, providing technical expertise and support.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards.
- Drive software development best practices and contribute to technical strategy.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions.
- Promote experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Technical qualifications
- Extensive experience in C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, design, and coding best practices.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, and distributed systems; Mass Transit knowledge is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Entity Framework and SQL database design, optimization, and query performance.
- Knowledge of .NET testing libraries such as XUnit, NSubstitute, and Fluent Assertions.
- Experience building and hosting solutions on Azure cloud.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Fintech industry experience is preferred.
