Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of barista experience, be passionate about coffee, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Operate espresso machines and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area.
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Barista.
- **Male candidates** preferred.
- **Age:** Below **35 years**.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
- **Salary:** AED **2000** per month.
- **Working Hours:** 10 hours per day.
- **Weekly Off:** 1 day per week.
- **Accommodation:** Provided.
- **Transportation:** Provided.
- **Food:** Provided.
- Other benefits as per **UAE labor law**
