Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook continental dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen following food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the senior chef.
- Properly store food items and maintain inventory.
- Follow kitchen SOPs and maintain consistency in food quality.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours and support the kitchen team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commis I or Continental Chef.
- Good knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Age below 35 years.
