We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and report issues to management when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality/customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills required.
