Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to oversee dining service and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and service staff.
- Ensure prompt and efficient food and beverage service.
- Take and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and table setup.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Train and guide junior service staff when required.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and health & safety regulations.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain, Senior Waiter, or similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong customer service and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
- Age below 36 years.
