The Role

What You’ll Own

• Define and implement UX principles and design standards across product surfaces.
• Own and govern the design system; design complex workflows and improve service experiences across the customer lifecycle.
• Support discovery, usability validation, and delivery quality with Product and Engineering.
• Introduce research and usability testing; reduce design inconsistency across web, internal tools, and mobile.
• Establish scalable design review, critique, and documentation processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of Product Design experience, including experience leading or mentoring designers.
• Strong UX craft across research, interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
• Experience designing complex internal tools or operational systems and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Able to balance hands-on work with leadership and hiring; communicate design decisions clearly to Product and Engineering.
• Able to reduce complexity, take ownership, and work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Bonus Experience

• Fintech, proptech, marketplaces, or high-consideration transactions.
• Designing for bilingual English/Arabic markets; user research frameworks and structured usability testing.
• Scaling a design team from early stage to growth.
