The Mortgage Manager oversees the end-to-end mortgage process and supports an exceptional customer experience.
The role manages mortgage product offerings and helps optimize the digital mortgage journey.
The role requires mortgage expertise, knowledge of UAE regulations, and an interest in using technology to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads promptly and provide mortgage options suited to client needs.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from generated leads.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and partners.
- Educate clients about mortgage products and procedures.
- Understand mortgage market rates, policies, and loan processes.
- Gather, analyze, and present documents required for processing.
- Visit and nurture existing real estate partners weekly.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Consultant, or Mortgage Broker.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and regulatory requirements in the Middle East.
- CEMAP certification is not essential.
- Familiarity with digital mortgage platforms and CRM systems.
- Comfort using technology to improve processes and customer experience.
Compensation
- The role offers a monthly salary with uncapped commission.
