The role

Oversee the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and strong commercial performance.

The role is aimed at an experienced mortgage professional with knowledge of the UAE mortgage market, products, and regulations, and an interest in using technology to improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow up promptly on leads and present mortgage options suited to client needs.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls from generated leads.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and partners.
  • Educate clients about mortgage products, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of mortgage markets, rates, policies, and loan processes.
  • Gather, analyze, and present documentation required for mortgage processing.
  • Visit and nurture existing real estate partners weekly.

What Holo is looking for

  • Previous experience as a Senior Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Consultant, or Mortgage Broker.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and regulatory requirements in the UAE/Middle East.
  • CEMAP qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  • Familiarity with digital mortgage platforms and CRM systems.
  • Comfort using technology to improve efficiency, processes, and customer experience.
  • Strong UAE mortgage-market track record and proven ability to deliver results.

Compensation

  • AED 15,000 monthly basic salary, paid in addition to commission.
  • Commission is 50% on Partner and USEHOLO business and 60% on self-generated business.
  • Annual uplift bonus for disbursals above AED 170M annually.

Workplace

  • Hybrid working with a minimum of one office day per week.
  • Work from anywhere for two weeks, twice a year.
