UKG HR Lead and Escalation Manager supporting client workforce-management operations and Accenture’s UKG business.
Partners with clients and cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure governance and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Enable team members to deliver solutions, lead process rollouts, and improve workflows.
- Conduct audits and maintain governance and administrative oversight.
- Support UKG configuration, implementations, enhancements, and escalations.
- Create functional and technical documentation, training materials, and implementation plans.
- Analyze complex data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Develop processes, methods, and tools for continuous improvement.
- Mentor consulting teams and transfer knowledge.
- Lead escalation governance meetings and meet reporting and compliance requirements.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on UKG Ready HR Core and Value Add Modules experience, including Performance, Compensation, Benefits, People Analytics, ACA, and Learning.
- At least 3 years of advanced U.S. HR compliance experience covering federal regulations and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; the posting specifies alternative experience pathways for associate-degree holders.
Bonus qualifications
- Team lead experience, offshore teammate experience, UKG Ready certifications, and experience leading customer escalations are bonuses.
Travel
- Travel may be required and can vary from 0% to 100% based on business and client needs.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary ranges vary by listed state, from $54,400 to $196,000.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities, holidays, and paid time off.
