The role is a mid-level, full-time Program and Project Management Senior Analyst position in Mountain View, California.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update core program artifacts as the single source of truth.
- Manage a biweekly operational reporting cadence, including executive status slides and communications updates.
- Verify dates, statuses, and milestones across program trackers and executive presentations.
- Translate complex technical progress into business impact for leadership.
- Align component and partner teams on status before leadership reporting.
- Author communications using PD TPgM communications standards.
- Proactively identify and communicate future risks.
- Clearly articulate blockers, asks, and decisions needed.
- Provide a path to green and manage mitigation plans for at-risk items.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years as a Technical Program Manager leading large-scale infrastructure, AI/ML, and enterprise modernization programs.
- At least 3 years driving AI and Search platform modernization, including TensorFlow-to-JAX migrations and TPU optimization.
- Expertise in governance and cross-functional program delivery across engineering, product, research, infrastructure, and operations.
- Ability to manage roadmaps, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, distributed systems, model training and serving, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with process improvements, resource planning, performance optimization, and scalable program practices.
- High school diploma or GED.
Hourly Salary Range
- Hourly salary range: $58 to $68 in California and listed eligible states.
