The Digital Inside Sales team combines technical sellers, technology, data, and insights to serve clients.
This is an early-career, full-time Inside Sales Opportunity Representative role.
Responsibilities
- Manage an existing account book using intent signals to identify opportunities.
- Qualify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow accounts year over year.
- Own opportunity validation and pipeline progression.
- Deliver digital client presentations for handoff to the sales-closing cycle.
- Collaborate with sales teams to foster leads, growth, product knowledge, and opportunity acceleration.
- Develop sales strategies and training content.
- Maintain a robust, accurate pipeline in the client CRM.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1 year of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
- At least 1 year of technology sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification such as MS900, AZ900, AB900, AI900, SC900, or AI901.
- At least 2 years of pipeline management experience.
- One year of account management experience.
- Experience delivering group presentations.
- Experience driving sales through reseller or partner channels.
- Commitment to structured sales training and processes.
- Metrics-based sales experience focused on performance, quota attainment, and promotion.
- Bachelor's degree.

- This is a hybrid role.
Compensation
- Hourly salary ranges vary by role location and are listed from $19.66 to $50.00 per hour across disclosed locations.
