The role focuses on data solutions, pipelines, processing, analytics, and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data solutions; build scalable architectures, pipelines, and ETL processes while ensuring data quality.
- Guide colleagues, collaborate across teams, analyze reliability and efficiency challenges, and promote data management best practices.
- Use Python and SQL for pipeline engineering and analysis of product performance and feature relevance.
- Build campaign KPI dashboards and visualizations, analyze marketing engagement, and recommend campaign or product optimization.
- Manage analytics tooling features end to end, including intake, requirements, team alignment, execution, QA, and stakeholder communications.
- Consult with marketers, analysts, and data engineering, product, and data science teams on reporting needs and client initiatives.
Basic qualifications
- At least 4 years of data engineering experience.
- Advanced proficiency in data engineering, Python, SQL, data pipelines, and data processing.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred qualification
- Expert proficiency in data pipelines and data processing is preferred.
Workplace
- Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project; the arrangement is intended to reduce or eliminate travel.
Compensation
- The listed hourly salary range is $72–$92 for California and the other specified jurisdictions; compensation varies by location, role, skills, and experience.
