Consulting role focused on supply chain, engineering, logistics, fulfillment, and operational excellence for clients.
Partners with clients to improve operations, reduce costs, strengthen workforce retention, and improve supply chain performance.
Engineering and operational excellence
- Lead operations improvement and performance management programs across distribution, fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Advise on engineered labor standards, work measurement, time studies, incentive design, labor planning, and productivity improvement.
- Analyze operational processes to identify efficiency, service, quality, safety, and cost improvements.
- Evaluate processes, data, and technology ecosystems, including WMS, LMS, ERP, and operational reporting platforms.
Client and engagement leadership
- Lead multiple client engagements, workstreams, or site implementations and deliver against client objectives.
- Build relationships with stakeholders from frontline supervisors to executive leadership.
- Turn operational findings into recommendations, business cases, implementation plans, and executive presentations.
- Manage scope, risks, issues, escalations, staffing, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
Change management and practice growth
- Develop change, communication, training, and stabilization plans for new processes, labor standards, technology, automation, and performance programs.
- Lead consulting teams and support coaching, delegation, feedback, and career development.
- Support account growth, solution development, proposals, recruiting, training, and methodology development.
Experience and travel
