Responsibilities
- Translate user, product and business requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Facilitate client workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, and creative brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify design-improvement opportunities.
- Communicate interaction concepts through wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Contribute to and maintain design-system components.
- Support engineering handoffs and UI-fidelity reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in visual design, communications, computer science or equivalent.
- 3–6 years of design experience with a user-centric approach.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Experience designing dashboards and analytics UIs using data-visualization best practices.
- Strong communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
