Program Manager role at BBI focused on coordinating interdependent projects as a program aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple interdependent projects as a coordinated program.
- Define and run delivery governance and scale delivery frameworks across teams.
- Own program budgeting and cost optimization.
- Proactively manage cross-program risks and dependencies.
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders; track portfolio performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 12–18 years of project/program delivery experience, including large or multiple concurrent programs.
- Proven experience with strategic planning, delivery governance, and portfolio management.
- Strong budgeting, cost-optimization, and risk/dependency-management skills.
- Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- PMP or PgMP preferred.
