Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune computer-vision detection, tracking, and segmentation models using PyTorch or TensorFlow and OpenCV.
- Fine-tune YOLO, RF-DETR, and Vision-Language Models for project use cases.
- Curate, preprocess, and augment image and video datasets; maintain a feedback loop with the annotation team.
- Train, tune, and evaluate models using mAP, precision, and recall; track experiments with MLflow or Weights & Biases.
- Apply TensorRT and ONNX optimization with deployment constraints in mind.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of applied machine-learning experience focused on computer vision.
- Strong Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and OpenCV.
- Demonstrated experience with detection, tracking, and segmentation models such as YOLO or RF-DETR.
- Experience fine-tuning Vision-Language Models; familiarity with experiment-tracking tools is an advantage.
