Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach the team and wider organization on Scrum, Kanban, and agile principles.
- Remove impediments to team progress and escalate when necessary.
- Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement and clear sprint goals.
- Track and communicate velocity, burndown, and cycle time; drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of software delivery experience, including hands-on Scrum Master experience.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled-agile frameworks.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- PSM, CSM, or similar Scrum certification is preferred.
