Support physics laboratory operations by preparing experiments, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safe and effective learning environments.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and set up physics experiments and equipment before classes.
- Maintain, repair, and calibrate laboratory apparatus.
- Ensure laboratory safety and compliance with health and safety policies.
- Assist teachers and students during practical sessions.
- Manage inventory, stock, and laboratory resources.
- Keep the laboratory clean, organized, and operational.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in physics or a related field.
- 1–3 years of laboratory or school experience preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of physics laboratory equipment and experiments.
- Good organizational and technical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
