Project Engineer

• Efficiently plan to execute the Maintenance schedule as per the KPI like Weekly Planning /Preventive Maintenance / Routine Maintenance / Annual Maintenance / Corrective Maintenance schedules ensuring quality standards / Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Turn Around Time's (TAT's)

• Follow the Maintenance Programme schedule & Ensure that the progress of the site work is up-to-date meeting of quality standards. And customer satisfaction. & reporting regular feedback to Area Manager
• Ensure optimum allocation and efficient utilization of manpower on the site, Monitor employee daily attendance, overtime and report on absenteeism. Provide guidance and service assistance to staff as and when necessary and ensure that the work carried out by them meets the quality and service standards of the Company
• Guidelines and implementation of work policies and procedures with site In-charges, coordinate & follow up engineer and Department manager
• Monitoring of different site works to insure quality and proper compliance with job standards
• Implementation of Proper documentation and preparing different technical reports of equipment’s condition etc related to the projects and reporting its update status & site condition to the Area Manager
• Ensure that the team is working with in the budget, Cost control of spare parts and materials & Planning of any additional work, execution, & Claiming cost
• Follow up for the Material and spare parts with the store keeper, keeping enough stock for one week and preparing and sending monthly report.
• Follow up with the Client / CMW for the payment and all other documentation & for different day to day business issues and Taking feedback from the end user regularly about quality of works, respond time, rectifying of complaints and man power utilization.
• Supervising of all the critical maintenance programs including Annual and Preventive maintenance for different Building Maintenance sites.
• Evaluation and documentation regarding Building Maintenance requirements and customer satisfaction.
