A private company based in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Marketing & Growth Manager to lead its marketing strategy, accelerate business growth, and drive sustainable commercial performance.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, hands-on performance marketing expertise, and strong commercial and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies.
- Lead digital acquisition across major advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, MER, customer retention, and contribution margin.
- Develop customer engagement, CRM, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with commercial objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, team performance, and external partners.
- Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve marketing efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer-focused businesses, including relevant experience within the last 3 years.
- Strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, profitability, and customer acquisition economics.
- Proven ability to lead teams and independently manage growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in the Saudi or GCC market is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer products, retail, or FMCG.
- Strong CRM and customer retention background.
- Experience working with cross-functional commercial teams.
- Saudi nationals are preferred; qualified candidates of other nationalities are welcome.
