About This Role

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Travel Sales & Client Experience Specialist who can seamlessly blend customer service with sales. This role is ideal for someone from the travel and tourism background who not only manages client interactions but also actively drives revenue by converting inquiries into confirmed travel bookings.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through travel options while ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing clients across calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable packages and services
  • Proactively identify opportunities to generate leads through conversations and follow-ups
  • Convert inquiries into bookings by delivering tailored solutions and upselling where relevant
  • Assist with end-to-end travel coordination including itineraries, documentation, and support
  • Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Address client concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high service standards
  • Update and track client interactions, pipeline, and conversions in CRM systems

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in travel sales, holiday packages, or tourism customer handling
  • Strong ability to close leads and achieve conversion targets
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach
  • Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

Language Requirement:

  • Fluent in English
  • Additional languages such as Arabic, French, and Spanish are highly preferred

Preferred Background:

  • Degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Business
  • Exposure to travel booking platforms, GDS systems, or CRM tools
  • Good understanding of global destinations, visa processes, and travel trends
