Job Summary

Key Responsibilitieshair & Scalp Treatments

• Conduct professional scalp and hair consultations to assess scalp conditions and hair concerns.
• Perform scalp analysis using consultation techniques and diagnostic equipment (where applicable).
• Deliver a range of professional hair and scalp treatments, including:
• Deep scalp cleansing
• Detox and exfoliation treatments
• Hydration and nourishment therapies
• Hair strengthening and repair treatments
• Anti-hair fall treatments
• Dandruff and sensitive scalp treatments
• Scalp massage and relaxation therapies
• Hair spa treatments
• Recommend personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Educate clients on scalp health, hair care routines, and product usage.

Client Experience

• Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-up consultations and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate client consultation records and treatment history.
• Address client concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Product Knowledge & Sales

• Recommend professional hair care and scalp care products suited to client needs.
• Promote treatment packages, memberships, and retail products.
• Stay updated on new hair wellness technologies, products, and treatment techniques.

Hygiene & Operations

• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are clean, sanitized, and prepared before every appointment.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
• Monitor inventory of treatment products and report stock requirements.
• Maintain compliance with company SOPs and service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certification in Hair Therapy, Trichology, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Hairdressing, or a related field.
• Certification in scalp therapy or hair restoration treatments is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hair and scalp therapy, hair spa, salon, or wellness services.
• Experience working with premium salons, wellness centres, or luxury spas is preferred.
• Knowledge of scalp disorders, hair loss concerns, and therapeutic treatments is highly desirable.
