Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services for clients.
• Shape, trim, clean, buff, and polish nails according to client preferences.
• Apply regular polish, gel polish, and other nail treatments as required.
• Remove gel polish and perform nail maintenance safely.
• Assess nail and skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and hygiene for all tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Welcome clients warmly, understand their requirements, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and aftercare.
• Promote and recommend salon retail products and additional services where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records and preferences.
• Monitor product inventory and report low stock levels.
• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the salon.
• Stay updated on the latest nail care techniques, products, and beauty trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manicure & Pedicure Specialist or Nail Technician.
• Professional certification in Nail Technology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques.
• Experience with gel polish application and removal.
• Excellent understanding of sanitation, sterilization, and hygiene practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.

• Nail art experience is an advantage.
